One-Pot Cozy Pasta

This one-pot meal has been on my menus frequently this year, as it’s healthy, easy, quick, and a crowd pleaser! I’d liken it to a Hamburger Helper meal, with its warm and cozy flavor, simple steps and ingredients, and heartiness combining to make a great main dish. It takes about 30 minutes to make it, and it serves 4-6 people.

Iced Oatmeal Cookie Bars

I’m not really a baker. I have a tendency to be lazy when I cook, modifying recipes to be as easy as possible, and I’m embarrassed to say it travels into my baking methods as well. These oatmeal cookies are perfect for the bakers who are lazy like me, who want a soft and chewy cookie without having to put any effort in! It takes about 15min to make the batter, and it makes a whole 9×13 pan of cookies to share.

Steeping the Perfect Tea

Tea. The worldwide phenomenon that many claim dates back to roughly 2730 B.C. in ancient China. Whether we know the exact origin of tea or not, no one can deny that tea has been widely made, consumed, loved, and passed down through the generations for a very long time — and with good reason. The abundant benefits of tea are used by many to achieve healthier weight loss, sleep, pain, and energy levels. They even assist in the healing of ailments such as cardiovascular and degenerative diseases, several cancers, diabetes, and arthritis, all of which is thanks to their polyphenols, caffeine, fats, amino acids, and other such helpful ingredients. So with tea being so healthy and delicious, it makes sense that recipes may be necessary — however simple they are — to make the best, most impactful cup. And here we are!
